Tôi rất thích khái niệm IKIGAI của người Nhật. Đó là điểm hội tụ của việc mình đam mê, việc mình có năng lực và việc có giá trị cho xã hội. Nói thế không phải là tôi đã tìm ra IKIGAI chính xác của mình, nhưng tôi biết mình đang ở một nơi khuyến khích bản thân hoàn thiện và tìm kiếm nó mỗi ngày.
Còn nhớ cảm giác lúc hết ngày đầu tiên đi làm mà tưởng như bằng mấy tháng vì có quá nhiều thứ phải học. Thật may vì luôn có những người cộng sự hỗ trợ và dẫn dắt hết mình.
