JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage & develop recruitment activities (Job posting, shortlist, ...)
Headhunt candidates from diverse sources: Linkedin, Social network, etc..
Screen, interview to shortlist the qualified candidates for the right position and coordinate with Technical Leaders and Project Managers to arrange interview and follow up the offer
Build up HR network, Industries network and analyze the suitable channels for recruitment strategies to attract the qualified candidates
Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools
Update and maintain database related to staffing agenda, candidate database
Other duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS

Work experience in a similar position
Kind, bold, and smart
High work ownership and leadership. (S)he is expected to become a key business leader after
Strong communication and organization skill
A good listener
Confident, trustful and committed
Have a good sales & people skills

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Income: Fixed salary of 7-10M depends on competences and experience
Fast-tracked: to be entrusted with a key business leader position once capacity proven
