JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations Executive expresses his/her operations strategies and objectives to make sure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively.
In charge of delivering WE's products and services at the excellence level promised with customers
Develop human resources as a key strategy for company's growth
Assist various other higher executives and the company's Board Of Directors

REQUIREMENTS

Kind, bold, and smart.
High work ownership and leadership. (S)he is expected to become a key business leader after.
Strong communication and organization skill
A good listener
Confident, trustful and committed
Have a good sales & people skills
Fluency in English is a plus

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Income: Fixed salary of 7-9M depends on performance and experience
Fast-tracked: to be entrusted with a key business leader position once capacity proven
